Full Time Visitor Services Manager
The Visitor Services Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the award-winning Frederick Visitor Center as well as distribution of literature to potential visitors. Duties include: Management of visitor center staff; retail purchases and inventory; preparing various reports from the POS (Point of Sale) system, and brochure inventory (incoming and distribution); entering data in a CRM database and sending literature to potential visitors and partners requesting information and accurately reporting data.
This is a full-time benefited position with 50% of the hours at the visitor center desk, including some weekends, and 50% of hours at an office workspace. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as well as strong customer service skills, organizational and communication skills. This job requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM & POS systems is preferred. Must be able to move boxes up to 40 lbs.
