Rogers Machinery is searching for a San Jose Branch Coordinator who is looking to expand into sales for machinery at our San Jose office. Work with a small and growing team! The Branch Coordinator will be in charge of administrative support and customer services in the office environment, as well as possible sales duties.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Assist in the receiving, checking in, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory.
2. Answer incoming phone calls diligently and accurately
3. Ordering parts and office supplies
4. Communicating with vendors, guests, and fellow employees to ensure adhesion
5. General office work such as filing, mail management, and organization
6. Submitting work orders, scheduling repairs for customer’s equipment
7. Managing scheduling for various projects, meetings, and office space
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. High School level education or equivalent
2. Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
3. Ability to multitask between departments and duties
4. Have an interest in expanding into sales and service
5. Great communication
6. Proficiency in all the Microsoft products
