Painter Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated Painter Apprentice to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the highest standards in fi nishing our custom RF/microwave components. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for precision, and are eager to develop your skills in painting finished hardware using military-grade epoxy paint, we want to hear from you.

$15 per hour to start-based upon experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces of components for painting and coating.

• Learn and apply specialized techniques for painting RF and microwave components with military-grade epoxy paint.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent excellence in finish and durability.

• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of painting equipment.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
