Office Manager/Construction Administrator

Miner Feinstein Architects is looking for an Office Manager 24 to 32 hours per week to support our team of professionals. We are a full-service architectural firm located in the historic Glass Factory in Frederick, MD.

Responsibilities: • Support a staff of 15 to create a smooth-running office environment. • Support projects in construction phase and coordinate incoming and outgoing documents. • Work with Principals to create marketing materials. • Assist Principals and Project Managers with administrative tasks. • Assist part-time bookkeeper with tasks. • Maintain website and social media platforms. • Schedule calendar events. • Order Supplies

Qualifications: • 2-3 years’ experience in an office position. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Experience using QuickBooks On-Line a plus. • Experience using Construction software a plus. • Strong communication and writing skills. • Well organized, level-headed, solution oriented. • Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team.
