Hood College invites applications for a full-time Admission Visit Coordinator. The Admission Visit Coordinator organizes campus visit experiences for prospective Hood College students and guests, trains, schedules and supervises all student tour guides, and maintains a high standard for customer service.
The primary duties of this position involve the coordination of all group and individual campus visits, managing the ongoing campus-wide collaboration necessary to enhance the visit experience for prospective students and their guests. Second to coordinating visits, this position will manage the recruitment related social media campaigns. The Admission Visit Coordinator will utilize the campus email, calendar and admission customer relationship management (CRM) systems to coordinate, implement and evaluate campus visits. This position will use visit feedback data, surveys and research of current trends and best practices to adjust as needed and continuously improve the visit experience.
The Admission Visit Coordinator is responsible for supervising the Visit Program and providing training for student workers and other staff responsible for greeting visitors, providing campus tours, and assisting with campus visit experiences. The Admission Visit Coordinator must be adept at making visitors feel welcome and in finding answers to a variety of questions. This position requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to encourage partnership from team members across the campus community. Workload for this position varies depending upon the time of year and guests’ needs. The Admission Visit Coordinator must exhibit a willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends, and all admission events; have a deep commitment to customer service, and unflappable adaptability and flexibility.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in college admission, hospitality, or customer service preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
