CREDIT UNION MANAGER

FERKO MD FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

 LOCATION:  Frederick, MD

SCHEDULE:  full-Time

Position Overview

Credit Union manager reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the daily operations of a single-office 3,600-member credit union that has been in existence since 1955. 

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to take the credit union to the next level.  The successful candidate will represent the credit union at various functions held by our sponsors Frederick County Public Schools and Frederick Community College. 

Education and Experience

A four-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a financial institution, preferably in a credit union. 

Requirements

Knowledge of all aspects of credit union operations with the ability to manager a staff of 5 other employees and to interface effectively with the Board of Directors.  No evening or weekend work required.  Travel is limited to within the Frederick, MD area.
