CDL Drivers & Estimator/Project Manager

Busy Service is a full-service contractor specializing in storm water management and hydro excavating, serving Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C.  

**Now Hiring: CDL Drivers & Estimator/Project Manager**  

**CDL Drivers**  
- Full-time, year-round employment  
- Valid CDL with DOT and tanker endorsements required  
- Operate combination vacuum jetter trucks  
- Experience preferred but not required  
- Hourly Pay: $22–$28 based on experience

**Estimator/Project Manager**  
- Full-time, year-round employment  
- Key Responsibilities:  
  - Estimating for storm water management and small utility projects  
  - Reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents  
  - Preparing take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment  
  - Developing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships  
  - Managing crews, including scheduling and providing guidance  
  - Conducting site visits to gather project information  
  - Preparing and presenting cost estimates to clients  
  - Maintaining vehicle/equipment logs for service and repairs  
- Requirements:  
  - Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)  
  - Strong communication and negotiation skills (bilingual a plus)
