Summary:
The Customer Relations aspect focuses on increasing customer retention by contacting customers for the following (but not limited to), purchase/service experience follow-up, service appointment confirmations, setting maintenance appointments, contacting non-returning (defective) customers. This role is important in maintaining business-customer relationships and to ensure customers are highly satisfied.
Essential Duties:
I have 2 years of experience working in a customer service role at XYZ company, where I handled customer inquiries and resolved issues effectively.
As Service Center Assistants, we are responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers in order to take their orders. We make sure that the customer’s answers, as well as inquiries, are answered. We not only provide information but also handle complaints regarding the services. Responding to calls, answering inquiries, troubleshooting, as well as handling complaints are some of our main responsibilities. We make sure to provide customers with the company’s services as well as product information. We also identify priority issues as well as report them to high-level management. Finally, we record details of comments, inquiries, as well as complaints. As service center assistants, we follow up on complicated customer calls when needed.
