ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE (Part-Time)
Job Description: Typical duties include transcribes meeting minutes in a timely fashion for various town meetings held; assists Economic Development Manager with preparation of town sponsored events, must be able to attend and fill in for Economic Development Manager once or twice a month for various activities, meet with businesses, vendors and residents, keep records of archived events pertaining to Main Street. Assists with other administrative tasks as needed such as provide back up support to front desk staff when needed which would include greeting customers, assist with transactions at the counter and by telephone; other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal information, operate office equipment including copier scanner, fax, calculator, handle money, etc. Must be able to work five (5) four (4) hour days a week.
