Activities Coordinator (Frederick, MD)

The Activity Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of program participants, supervising and providing support to the Direct Care staff. This position is responsible for identifying training needs, staff development, and addressing corrective or disciplinary actions.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree in Human Services
2 years of experience in Direct Care and/or Day Services environment preferred
Experience will be considered in lieu of education
Valid Driver's License:
02 Points or less on your driver's record
